Today October 21, 2026 starting immediately until 3:00pm., There will be a scheduled outage of several online services for emergency maintenance in response to a newly identified configuration concern.

Affected services include:

• myPortal
• MacEwan public website
• MacEwan Library website and services
• Password reset services

ITS teams are applying required updates and will restore services as quickly as possible. This action is being taken proactively to protect university systems and information.

NOTE: During this outage, it will not be possible to submit applications for admission via ApplyAlberta or enroll in classes via MacEwan.ca/SCE.
